I briefly visited Chile while working in Argentina in 2023 and had the chance to hike the W trek in the Torres del Paine National Park. I had very little time to prepare or research, but that ended up being for the best : I was taken by surprise by the immensity and beauty of the park, and it made the whole experience even more magical.
